The company is engaged in fishing and processing sea bream and sea bass. It was incorporated in 2008. The registered head office of the company is located in Calle Puerto Naos, Spain (Canary Islands). It has at its disposal a large fleet of vessels which permit the transportation and control of the juveniles from the hatchery (where the eggs are laid and the larva is fed until it becomes a juvenile) to the facilities at sea, constantly controlling the handling, flow of juveniles, quality of the water and all the other necessary factors which guarantee the perfect adaptation to the marine environment. This process is carried out at the six centres at sea. At present there are more than 120 cages producing fish. These operating units are divided in cages of 25 meters. and 50 meters. of diameter from which hangs a net with a wall of about 20mts. In the interior of these cages for a period of between 14 to 18 months, the juveniles introduced with 5-10 grams are fattened to their commercial size of approximately 350-400 grams.
